Battlers Get Commitment from Jadakis Mack of Lima HS (OH)

Alderson Broaddus University has received a commitment from 6'3" guard Jadakis Mack out of Lima Senior HS in Ohio. Mack played on a Lima squad this past season that posted a record of 24-3 and made it to the OHSSA state basketball tournament earning a first round win over Start HS. Jadakis averaged 12 points per game, 6 rebounds per game, 3.2 steals per game and 4 assists per game as a senior according to Lima head coach Quincey Simpson. Mack played with some talent that distributed the scoring on the successful Lima team. One of his teammates signed to play basketball with D-1 Bowling Green. Another teammate signed to play basketball at Pikeville while another teammate signed to play football at Grand Valley State.

Jadakis Mack brings immediate help to the Battler backcourt. Video of Mack shows that he can break a defender down off the dribble or shoot the ball from the outside. For the season, Mack shot over 50% from beyond the arc. He is an athletic guard that has one of the best explosive verticals for a Battler recruit. We have linked some videos of Jadakis Mack's play below.
