It was announced today that the Alderson Broaddus men's basketball team has signed 6'4" combo forward Aaron Loines of Cleveland, Ohio. Loines played his high school ball at Glenville High School for Coach Michael Holt. Loines is an explosive player with tons of bounce in his game. He uses that to his advantage to block shots, alter shots, rebound and elevate his jumper in and out of the paint. Aaron averaged 17 points per game this past season. He led Glenville HS to victory in the Senate Athletic League Championship Game over East Tech by pumping in 14 points, grabbing 12 rebounds and blocking 9 shots. For his efforts this past season, Loines was named to the Associated Press Northeast Lakes Ohio All-District Division II 1st team. He was also selected to the Associated Press All State Ohio Third Team for Division II. Loines has a solid frame with the ability to add 10-15 more pounds of strength.
