Battler Beat has learned that the Alderson Broaddus men's basketball team has put another offer to a Class of 2017 product. ABU has offered Bloom-Carroll basketball player Gavin Brown a chance to join the Battlers upon graduation next year. Brown is a 6'3" wing player with deadly accuracy. His video package shows a player with the ability to find the open space without the basketball. Upon catching the basketball, Brown has a quick release on his jumper and has the uncanny ability to make shots from beyond the arc. His video also shows a player with good ball-handling skills on the wing with the ability to make proper reads off of ball screens. Battler Beat will keep fans updated on any further updates concerning Brown.
